Jo Flynn
With three decades of experience as a Somatic Therapist and a background in Corporate Wellness and Executive Leadership Coaching, Jo Flynn brings a clear, engaging, and often playful approach to growth.
“People describe me as wise and calm, (which is fabulous!) but life often feels frantic and confusing. I’m grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow, finding strength in a quiet core within me—a place of refuge and truth. My intention is to return to that space repeatedly, living an awake and supported life while helping others do the same.”
As co-founder of Wollongong Somatics, Jo specialises in Emotional Resilience, Authentic Life Mapping, and Women in Leadership. Her clients shift from chronic stress to embodied awareness, from depletion to deep healing—gaining clarity, confidence, and the ability to set firm boundaries, ultimately moving from survival mode to a life of intention and wholeness.
Offerings at Entelechy Living include Somatic Therapy, Leadership Coaching and Life Mapping Courses.
Amy Stevens
Amy (B.Mus., GDTL) is a Somatic Experiencing Coach and teacher with over 20 years of experience in the education field. She has trained under Ann Harrison (Australian Breathwork Association), Glyndie Nickerson (Somatic Experiencing International) and Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems, USA). Prior to her somatic training, Amy worked in education and delivered mindfulness training programs to teachers and students in schools across NSW and QLD, within the Department of Education and Catholic Diocese in the Central West.
As co-founder of Wollongong Somatics, Amy specialises in helping women heal relationship and attachment trauma, and has a dedicated Youtube channel and online course platform Heal Your Heart School that reaches over 30,000 followers weekly across the globe. With a deep understanding of how trauma is stored in the body, Amy guides her clients to break unhealthy relationship patterns and self-abandoning behaviours so they can restore inner stability and embodiment in both their relationship to themselves and others.
"Every time I help a client discover deep safety in their body—allowing them to embody and express their truth in the context of relationship—a part of me heals as well, as relational trauma is also part of my own history. Your truth already exists within you; it’s simply buried beneath layers of old stories and patterns that can be healed from the bottom up—through the body."
Amy is also a classical violist and artfully combines sound healing and healing vibration into her somatic sessions.
